All new clients are encourage to engage in a system review, audit, and planning project in order to document the systems in place and to match those with the business needs of the client. During this project we will research all systems equipment and interview key users and business executives to determine if and where shortcomings in the system exist and what the long term goals are for IT within the business. Recommendations and assessments of all systems will be documented  to provide a baseline for the system moving forward and to assist in the creation of business continuity plans if none exist. During these projects we also provide schematic Visio diagrams of the existing systems as well as schematic technical drawings of the proposed systems if changes are found to be necessary or recommended.

As recommendations are approved by the decision maker, we will help to obtain the necessary hardware or software and implement the solution. Unlike many systems implementation companies, we do not mark up equipment costs, due to this are able to pass on discounts we have negotiated through our years of working in this field to you the customer. You pay only our hardware and software cost and implementation time, not hardware and software markups.

Should you have a specific need or problem which is to be addressed we utilize the same methodology to insure that the you get the results you wanted. All projects are initially evaluated against business needs prior to recommendations being made. This insures that, as we evaluate the return on investment from each project undertaken,  the results are positive.

As new processes or systems are implemented the Results Resources' staff will document the systems, create user training documentation, and conduct any user training necessary.

Each maintenance plan is customized to the individual clients systems and business. Under our maintenance plan the customer will have regularly scheduled maintenance of their systems which include areas such as system backups, log file reviews, desktop support, and 24 hour emergency response.
